Involvement in crime

Keith Joseph Kessey was found by the coroner to have murdered Aileen Artery and then committed suicide on 13 March 1940 in Bathurst. The tragedy was considered to have been the result of a quarrel. The girl (aged 18) ceased their friendship and Kessey drank heavily.2

Death

Keith Joseph Kessey died from from suicide on 13 March 1940 at age ~30 in Bathurst.2
