Alfred John Brennan was born on 28 February 1884 in Bourke.1,2,3 He was baptized on 8 March 1885 in Bourke, New South Wales, Australian Colonies. Three babies were baptised in a single ceremony. Mary Ann Maud Johnson was a first cousin to Alfred John Brennan whose much older sister was the mother of Frederick George Brennan. Michael and Sarah Ann Brennan were the parents of Alfred John Brennan and the grandparents of Frederick George Brennan.2
