Patrick Foran immigrated on 17 December 1819 to Sydney, NSW, Australia. He arrived as a convict aboard the "Minerva".1

Involvement in crime

Patrick Foran was convicted of burglary and highway robbery in 1819. He was sentenced to transportation for life.1 He was assigned to Lt William Lawson in 1820 in Parramatta.1 He was granted a ticket of leave on 26 December 1828 in Bathurst. This was a reward for good behaviour and for apprehending a runaway.1 He was granted a conditional pardon on 21 November 1835.1

Death

Patrick Foran died on 17 June 1861 at age ~64.1
