Mary McMahon was convicted in June 1800 in Clare. She was sentenced to transportation for seven years.11,15 She was granted a certificate of freedom on 7 February 1811.18

Death

Mary McMahon died on 7 September 1859 at age ~82 in Tuglow River.1,2,19 She was buried on 10 September 1859 at Old Black Springs Cemetery in Black Springs.5,19,3
