He was issued with a jacket, a pair of breeches, two shirts, a pair of shoes, and one each of stockings (pair), hat, handkershief and blanket. He was also issued with a set of irons. During the following Quarter he was issued with another jacket, breeches, shoes and hat.

Joseph Entwistle died on 17 December 1813 at age 45 at Hospital aboard the Captivity Hulk in Portsmouth.
